Sandi Berger is owner & founder of Live with Passion Life Coaching and the director and owner of Life by Design Fitness. She is a certified life coach and fitness trainer and has been practicing both life coaching and fitness training for 12 years and is very passionate about both.
Sandi believes that to live a healthy quality of life one must start from the inside/out. The quality of your life is a sum total of your thoughts. If your not happy with your life or your appearance then look at your thoughts. Your thoughts can actually make you fat and depressed!
